So just curious, if you are seeing results physically (more toned, less fat in places, body reshaping itself, feeling stronger), but the scale isn't moving. how long before the scale joins in with the visual changes? I'm thinking it's muscle replacing fat with some of the exercises I am doing. and I know that with that type of exercise, your metabolism stays revved 48 hours after the exercise versus regular cardio (which I do also) but that also means the scale number isn't budging either. I was just looking for others that experienced this to share their stories. to help me from getting discouraged. Thanks.

If you’re exercising a lot, you may weigh more because of muscle but look slimmer.

A pound is a pound but a pound of muscle is smaller than a pound of fat.
