@qnp615 that’s what I do too because I’ll eat an entire bag of chips of box of candy bars. Another thing I do is drink a bunch of water. Usually your thirsty and not hungry.

I've been trying to stay ahead of it by eating something healthy every 2-3 hours, before I get hungry and want to eat anything within reach. And, if I catch myself first, I redirect my attention and do something that takes my mind off the craving (lift handweights while watching TV, do the dishes, etc). Good luck!

I do three things. One is I keep zero point foods washed and ready to grab for quick fix. Another is to drink water a lot. Finally, I start preparing foods way before I’m hungry so I don’t feel rushed to eat and cheat! Good luck!
