I found that certain preservatives in food and drinks are awful for me; the worst thing I can drink is Dunkin’ iced coffee. I feel like I’m 7 months pregnant

Try adding ginger and lemon to your water. I find even drinking warm water helps

Certain Artificial sweeteners bloat me badly, just a note in case it may be a cause. I drink warm lemon water every morning to help with my digestion
