What scale are you all recommending/using? I have a Fitbit Aria and am not sure the readings (other than weight) are accurate.

If you want to know accuracy place some weights on your scale and see what they weigh. I have a WW by Conair. I know my scale is about . 7 higher than scale at workshop. Close enough for me. They are not expensive.

@banting679 thanks! I think the weight is accurate but the body fat % seems all over the map and I always weigh in the buff. ‍♀️

@banting679 i use the fit bit also find it good not sure how accurate it is but i can tell if i weight myself daily if going up or down
