I walk up and down my garden. I must look like a weirdo to my neighbours but hey it gets the steps in and I put 90 day fiance on my phone and I will just walk up and down until the episode finishes

Doubt you’ll lose extra skin. Don’t let that slow you down! My daughter showed me how to put Zumba YouTube videos on the TV. Love it!

I love Leslie Sansone and I also joined the 30 day free trial of Daily Burn and it is awesome so I trade between that and Leslie. I also have an exercise trampoline that’s a good quick cardio workout throughout the day

My husband made us a home gym. We have treadmill, weights, bench, mats, bands, stability ball, etc. we love it and will add to it. Saving us a bundle on a gym membership.

Purchased a treadmill last year so I could stay healthy with my new kidney and I’ve been doing 20 minutes every day on that. Here in Vegas when it gets hot it’s way too hot to be walking outside. Blessings to you continued success

I downloaded an app and I do the Leslie Sansone workouts The app is called FITON I really like it you don’t have to subscribe they have free version that has plenty of great things to do! Go to YouTube and search Leslie Sansone walk at home and you can stream her videos for free too click subscribe under her videos (you don’t pay) it just allows you to open a library on YouTube of more free videos!

I've been going to different parks and walking set timer for 30 minutes and then set it again that way I'm getting 60 Minutes in. When you're doing set a 30min it doesn't seem like it takes forever. Alexa is on your phone if you have her so you can listen to different things.

From someone who has lost 200 pounds already: you cannot workout to make loose skin go away. It helps but it won’t take it away. You can do dry brushing, wear compression, and stay hydrated. These will help reduce it. But nothing will make it go away that you can do yourself.

Highly recommend Blogilates on youtube ! Every kind of workout you could think of for free and they can be challenging but can be modified to fit whatever your workout needs are and I find them really rewarding
