I had a bad post surgical infection that required weeks of daily IV antibiotic therapy. The antibiotics destroyed the good bacteria in my stomach and my infectious disease doctor advised me to take probiotics. He told me that the quality of all probiotics was essentially the same. An expensive brand was no better than a cheaper one. Hope that helps

I really like Floragen. You have to ask the pharmacist for it. It’s kept in the refrigerator.

@brita Foley just google where to buy in your area. Starting kit is usually fresh kefir about $20. Mines been going for a couple years now. Best thing ever. Tastes like sour yoghurt but you can google and buy flavours to add. You won’t have any candida/thrush in your system if you take this daily. I prefer the milk kefir, but it can be made with, almond milk rice milk , water.

Yes. highly recommend taking one . hate to say it but the more expensive ones are better quality. you get what you pay for. they do have multi vitamins that have probiotics in them. kills two birds with one stone. I use the company VITA AUTHORITY. do your research .

Florify! Hands down THE best! Whatever you decide, make sure that it is stomach acid resistant so that it can get to where it needs to go and do what it needs to do
