I agree with what others have said, your body might just need a little more time on the healthier track before your weight drops. I also know from experience that healthier choices often have more points/calories than we think so looking into exactly how many you consume each day might be helpful. Also, try mixing things up a bit, lower points one day, more the next, walking instead of the bike ride, exercising an extra 30 minutes a few days a week or moving faster for a minute every 5-10 minutes during your regular exercise. Thechanges you have made are excellent and will pay off in so many ways, please give yourself some grace and enjoy feeling better and being healthier no matter what the scale says!
