I'll admit its rough, I have to face it head on without food but I tell myself it's not the answer and I cant go to it, everytime I resist emotional eating I feel more powerful and in control of my situation.

Ugh angrily eat baby carrots. LOL Clean, put on my earbuds, blast the music and dance away. color. also chewing gum helps me if I feel the need to chew.

When you have kids, it is called willpower & distraction. Instead of eating, do something to keep your mind off it. I play games with our kids, I read, I have hobbies these help me.
