What recommendations do you have for a very very picky eater? Don’t like most fruits and vegetables and can’t do yogurt at all. Any suggestions?

Try to figure out if it’s a texture or a taste you don’t like. I used to hate Brussels sprouts but I know that it’s an important type of veggie to eat so we tried vastly different recipes. Turns out that I hate the combination of Brussels sprouts with cheese but like it with sweet chili oil or honey and made crispy. I know someone else who only likes nuts plain, not in any dishes. So it could be that the combination of flavors or a certain textures what you don’t like and if you experiment to know if you’ll find something that you do like

Mind over matter at times. Rey new fruits veggies little at a time. Tons of variety of healthy low point yogurts out there. How about nonfat cottage cheese?
