I use regular and just limit the amount. Can’t do veggies as pasta either. I’d rather have the real deal.

There’s a brand you can order online called “carbanada” that I’ve heard is good. I’ve never personally tried it, but I’ve heard all good things.

Try Barilla whole grain pasta. The angel hair is excellent. Not chewy like other whole grain ones. The orzo is good too.

I use a regular serving of pasta and if I feel like it’s not enough I throw in some spaghetti squash. Keeps me within my points, fills me up and I’m satisfied (carb-wise)

Orzo is good because you can have a decent amount. I also love cauliflower rice instead of pasta or rice for most things.

Mix regular pasta with zoodles. That way you can have a generous portion. Key with zoodles is to not overcook them.

Nu pasta. No cal. No carbs. wallmart sells now. i jut bought a case. close enuf for me. follow instructions tho. Cook too much mushy. Not enuf. Rubbery. I use in a stir fry usually. Or meat sauce from sausages. add to stir fry.
