For whole wheat pasta to be 0 points on , what would the portion size of it be to be successful? I’m new to this!

Maybe work out the portion size / points you’d be willing to spend if doing blue/green and base it on that. Just because it’s zero doesn’t mean we should forget portion control. Ie. If you know 60g is 6 points on the others, use 60g on purple. (Example I don’t know if that’s what it works out to)

I think the serving size that is listed in the nutrition information on the box.

I use the recommended serving on the box. There is also a guide on the purple list of zero point foods

I measure out one cup and I dont eat it more than once a week
