Yup that’s me. I’m good all day and then boom. 1 glass after work turns into 2. My job got stressful lately again and I have a hard time dealing with it. lost 35 lbs in 4 months when I limited my wine to one glass on a Friday night. oh well

not trying to be negative at all but don’t sabotage yourself. Jump back on your weight loss and to work off your stress, try exercising first, even if you just dance, then have your wine!

We have to be good to our bodies. Drinking too much just gives you another problem on top of the ones you already have.

♀️After a long day at work, I loved coming home to a glass or two I wasn't losing weight. I am now refraining during the week, and use my extra points usually 50, to enjoy my wine during the weekend. My weight loss has improved significantly.

Define a lot. I mean I drink until it is gone because those corks are better used in crafts than back in a bottle!

Love my wine but definitely notice the difference in my weight loss when I don’t drink for a while. Howeverrrrr, my friend just introduced me to this “fit wine” with low sugar and I’m definitely going to grab a bottle this weekend!
