I have same allergies minus the almond. can you have coconut, cashew or oatmeal milk? I make smoothies in the am with vegan/gf protien powder, fruit and spinach and sometimes add coconut yogurt. I use one of the mentioned milks. Oatmeal is another option with fruit or protien powder to go the extra distance.

I am deathly allergic to  kiwi also !
by (16.1k points)
@ciliate6 those also, they both have tiny little seeds that when ingested causes an allergic reaction, the allergen is more concentrated in the tiny seeds

Grainy nutty bread toasted with whatever you like FF plain Greek yogurt (can use SF pudding to help flavor if you want. Quinoa in place of oatmeal Chickpea mash sautéed with red and yellow peppers, with a little avocado, squeeze of lime and cheese if you need it. (Look at forks over knives for great egg free breakfasts that are plant based with no oils added. Perfect fit WW!

Check to see if you are allergic to egg whites as well as egg yolks. I am only allergic to egg yolks so eat egg whites a few times a week and am so glad I can as eggs fill me up more than anything else.
by (270 points)
@caylacaylor2 may I ask, do egg yokes make your stomach hurt? I love eggs but in my 20's they started making me hurt so bad I had to give them up.
by (5.4k points)
I did a blood test MANY years ago for food allergies and egg yolks was one of the things I tested positive for. Probably didn't eat many eggs for a while, then went on a very low carb diet and ate lots of eggs and they didn't seem to bother me. Then started weight watchers, and started eating a lot of eggs again (I would make egg muffins to have some easy breakfasts ready) and I went a whole summer at a plateau even though I was doing everything right. So decided to switch up my foods, remembered I was allergic to egg yolks many years ago so started eating only egg whites every now and then and the weight loss started again. So while I did not feel bad while eating the eggs, my body told me in a different way to stop eating them.
