WW is a lifestyle, not a diet. You are accountable for everything you eat and drink. You can eat anything if you plan for it, and even save a couple points each day till you can have that item. You need to eat healthy with lots of fruit and veggies, and drink a ton of water. Exercise helps as well, even a short walk. I lost 80 pds and I’m coming up on a year as a LIFETIME member! I had a bad stroke and almost didn’t come out if it. I was given TP-A. I knew I had to change my lifestyle, and this lit a fire under Under my butt! I cut out all junk found and alcohol for 2 months, stayed within my daily SP, workout 5X a week, and I do IF. I’m great! I’m off all my old 8 RX meds for HBP, high cholesterol, arthritis, gout, heart, back, diabetes! My A1C went from 10 to 4. 5! BMI was 33. 9, now 23. 7. I’m the healthiest I’ve been in my life!
