Today was my very first day. I’m a total newbie and I’ve been put on blue. I’m worried that I’m not going to loose weight because I have 6 points left out of 30. It seems like to much food. How does this really work? I’ve tracked everything even zero point stuff just so I can see what I’m eating. Should I reduce my points?
Today was my very first day.

You don’t have to eat all your points.

I would try and eat your points for the first week at least and see how you do. It’s not meant to be a get slim quick program. It’s designed to be sustainable for life (or as long as you choose).

I started at 30 and ate every single one of them i have lost 55 lbs and now i am at 23 points and it is hard for me to not go over. Enjoy those points while you have them. Trust the process it works. And your body isnt going into starvation mode either

Trust the program and trust the process! As you lose weight your daily points will decrease. Remember you do not have to use all your points.

Lol! I forgot to add my coffee creamer this morning. Now I used them. I need to find lower point creamer. I can’t drink black.

Remember zero points foods have a portion size. Easy newbie mistake is to think zero means free. I find if you have points left over and you are not hungry, don’t try to eat the remaining points. Give yourself a couple of weeks and see what happens.

Yes! And it takes some practice! But you can roll 4 points from each day over to weeklies!
