Fairlife milk has more protein 2 pts per cup blue and purple they also have a fabulous chocolate protein shake 2 pts on blue and purple. Mix plain Greek yogurt with fruit and @signore light

Albacore Tuna, 3 oz can is 43gm of protein! Equate protein shake is 30 gms protein--I add ice to blender with a tbsp. of coco and it froths up like a Frosty.

Hard boiled eggs, sliced cooked chicken breast and my favorite super protein is. Canned albacore tuna mixed with non fat plain Greek yogurt instead of mayo with diced tomatoes on top!

The premier shakes are great! You can also get walmart brand for a few bucks cheaper. Great way to start the day. And if you need something more solid. have a couple hard boiled eggs or scrambled egg whites/egg white omelette with fat free cheese. Also the AL fresco chicken Bacon is BOMB! 4pcs 1pt

Oatmeal has some protein spinach has some protein a lot of things that have protein that you wouldn't think so if you check out the ingredients while you're in the store and you can add them to other things and the protein adds up pretty sick
