Some days I do and some days I don't. I don't eat just to use up my points.

As long as you are losing don't worry about others because what works for them may not for you. You need to feel satisfied with what you are eating & the amount. you can't starve yourself because others are not using all their points. Activity plays a lot it in too
by (590 points)
@lorusso99 I am just getting started so Ireally don’tknow yet
by (4.1k points)
@gardol0 . Try eating all your points each day. on blue if you eat too many zero point foods instead of your daily points then some times you can over eat because zero foods have calories too. If you don't lose in the first couple weeks then adjust your points by a few to see if this helps. I have lost 175 pounds on blue so the program does work but you won't lose it overnight but changing your lifestyle will help you keep it off
by (2.1k points)
@lorusso99 Yes this is important and also if you don’t eat enough daily you won’t lose either depending how much you deprive yourself.
by (590 points)
@lorusso99 that’s a very good point!
by (4.1k points)
@alvy15 Thats true a lot of people do not eat enough & their weight loss comes to a halt. I have did it all & found if I eat my daily points I lose steadly. If I come to I halt I change up what I am eating. that can make a big change also & get you jump started again

by (6.4k points)
@waine I'm doing Green. 23 pts. Daily. I'm at 165 and 5'3. Is that the right points? Thanks
by (2.2k points)
@waine I’m similar size and 30 points on green.
by (820 points)
@daw8488 You should have filled out a questionare and then they will tell you . when I started I was 180 UGH at 5 feet exact just about. wicked happy to be at 165 about now too. I want to get to 125 lbs. for my age and height. cannot wait now wooo . 39 to go. not too bad and I am #TeamBlue with 23 a day yes. you have a few more then me Susan
by (6.4k points)
@waine so what is the difference between green and blue?
by (820 points)
I'm not too sure. try and look at the website and you can always call their 800# they are VERY helpful <3
by (2.2k points)
@daw8488 Blue has more free foods so you get less points. Green basically only has fruits and some veggies so get a few more points. I started with 30 and after losing 10 lbs am still at 30 points.

Have 6 SP left after dinner. So excited. I don’t eat after 7PM & fast 15 hours. Fasting works for me. But I love ❤️ using my points. I’m a foodie
by (590 points)
@calculate @anastasio i love to eat, that’s my problem LOL. Just finished dinner and have no ponts left for a snack
by (2.8k points)
@gardol0 I have to save 3 points for my new favorite Yasso Chocolate Frozen Yogurt bars!
by (590 points)
@calculate @anastasio ohhh where do you get those?
by (5.1k points)
@calculate @anastasio I loooove the coffee chocolate chip ones
by (2.8k points)
@gardol0 Stop & Shop in New England. But most markets have them in the frozen good section. I found them by accident. I love the barcode scanner on the WW APP!
by (1.5k points)
@gardol0 I just got them yesterday at Walmart.

I use my dailies every day. The weeklies i only use sometimes. I have tracked calories on and off and some day's when i have used all my dailies i have only gotten to 900 calories. So can you imagine not eating my dailies. I could be eating 600 calories. So i try to eat my dailies daily, lol!

by (590 points)
@meadors2249 how do the fitpoints work?
by (3.7k points)
In your profile section on the App you can set it up to add your fitpoints into your weekly points. You earn fitpoints based on your exercise activity.

Your points are there for you to eat. If you constantly under eat your body thinks there is a famine and holds onto the weight to "protect" you. I stick to a range of 5 below and 5 above my daily point value. This way I am not making myself crazy. If I am full I dont have to eat more and if I am a little hungry I can have a little more

@phenomenology Here is how I handle holidays. I figure there are about 20 food days a year. Holidays, birthdays, bbqs, etc. It is not those 20 days that get us into trouble. It is what we do with the other 345 days. At the beginning of the year I mark down 15 days where I plan on enjoying myself without guilt. I keep 5 aside for spontaneous celebrations. I know these days are coming so I can be super good on the days leading up to them and the days following. I expect a gain/maintain on my next weigh in but I am okay with that because it is temporary and I enjoyed myself. I also have learned that I can eat my Birthday cake guiltlessly, but I don't need to eat everyone's birthday cake. Unless they are part of my 20. For instance, I have cake on my husband's and my moms but not my siblings, niece, nephews, cousins, unless they are milestones. Then I might consider making it one of my 20. As much as I love my work family, I don't use my 20 on work celebrations. My 20 day system works well for me because it make it easier for me to stay on track when I know one of those days is just around the corner. It works for me. Also just so you know. Those holiday candies are the same candy you avoid all year long they are just in fancy magical holiday colored tinfoil. Remember that!

Dailies and weeklies are calculated based on your body and designed for weight loss. Constantly undercuting your points is treating this as a diet. WW is about balance, not deprivation - that’s why it works

If I ate all my points I'd gain weight--never mind touching the weeklies. Last night I had almost half my points left (on green)
