Can anyone recommend a good mandolin? I’m looking to make sweet potato chips and slice vegetables easily. Thanks in advance!

I have and XO. They have sharp blades. I do not have a good chunk of my thumb. never use fingers to get out stuck food. The scar and skin graph are impressive. Hubby uses it now

Try eBay. That is where I got my Pampered Chef mandolin and love it.
