Getting back on track with WW again. Tried keto for a month and lost but it is not a healthy way to eat and I need to put healthier food into my body now. What is the difference from blue to green?

According to my cardiologist. Keto is the best way to eat.

It seems to me, after comparing printouts between the three colors, it's all a matter of how much tracking people want to be doing - or not doing. When the starchy or richer foods are added in as free, the corresponding number of points are dropped. The bottom line is that it looks like the same program, but as an analogy . 1+5=6, 2+4=6, 3+3=6. The equation is all the same, it's just a matter of which combination of integers you want to work with. That's how it appears to me, anyway.

Purple has 300 free foods and 16 SP daily. Blue has 200free foods & 23 SP daily. Green has 100 free foods 30 daily SP. Every food costs SP, an egg is 2 SP, bread depends on the brand. With blue & purple you don't have to track Zero SP foods.

I switched to green only because I lost my weight there. When I switched Sunday, I felt like wow, I am home. Its more work but I have more options and it seems I need the disciple if I want to lose. I maintain fine on blue & purple but I don't really lose and it makes me feel defeated. I am into again now. All the same but whatever works best for your
