It’s my birthday today and I’ve ate horrible the last few days. But sometimes I feel like it almost resets you and when i go really hard the following week I drop a lot of weight. It’s not a bad thing. Peaks and valleys like that work for me

@blinni Same. If I hit a standstill, I do one day of whatever I want. Then right back at it. It breaks me through the standstill and I start losing again. Also, Happy Birthday!

@ourself thanks for sharing this! Once my husband and I both got above 20 lbs lost, we started having Sat lunch out. We always track whatever we have. I don’t think of it as cheating. To me, it’s something fun to do after we have done all the things we need to do during the week.

It’s okay:)) the goal of WW is to learn new, healthy habits, but it’s okay to indulge every now and again, as long as MOST habits are healthy. There’s nothing wrong with a few treats every now and then. That’s the key to living a healthy diet instead of starving yourself of what you love until you crash.

I have seen 11 people die from this Virus. I work in healthcare. It’s out of control. but what is in control is what I put in my mouth. In a world that is out of control it sure is nice to be in control of something. My weight loss. -22. 2lbs since March 7th. I won’t let this virus be an excuse to stuff my face.

@snip0 you said it! I’m a nurse and thankfully We have had so few cases at my hospital and very few deaths and none have been my patients! Thanks for holding strong! There will always be ups and downs in life everyone needs to stop using this uncertainty as an excuse! WW is a lifestyle so stop with the excuses and live it!

Agree, but I think the StayHome restriction is going to be more relaxed. So be prepared to be more diligent on your WW pgm. Outdoor walking will be a yes and plenty of gardening to keep our mind off food.

Do what you need and what works for you. I enjoy having a meal that’s a treat for myself. Then, having my other meals healthy and fulfilling. Mine is my ice cream with sliced banana on Thursday. Or a mini pepperoni pizza on another day for lunch with a mini Dr Pepper. Having a meal of your true choice helps to not feel deprived or miss your favorite foods. I find that it helps to keep my head in the game
