I bought some ww chocolate caramel bars and cut them into tiny pieces and put them in the freezer. I find that if I eat one piece when I am craving sweets it does the trick. Since they are frozen takes a minute or two to kind of suck on it like a candy.

Where do you find dark chocolate hummus? I’ve never heard of that. I need to try it.

I just got it tonight at Walmart in the deli case near the other hummus. Preportioned so that I don't go too crazy.

I used to love sweets. Light and sweet coffee, donuts, candy . I just avoided it and now I don’ t crave it. Sure I have soda, cake, mixed drinks. but I don’t need them and it isn’t and everyday thing. That is what worked for me
