I can send you a link. I love WW. Easy lifestyle and 3 programs to choose from. Look at the zero point foods, which do you enjoy eating from the most? Try that plan!

No one knows which program will work for you. It's about your commitment to the program you decide to do. All three of their programs are designed to have you drop pounds but what will work for you, no one knows. Take their quiz and see what it recommends, if that doesn't work for you, try another. Good luck!

All 3 color plans work; it's about chossing the one that best matches your eating style. You take an assessment when you join and WW recommends one. If you try that a few weeks and want to try another one, you can switch. What have you got to lose (pun intended)?

Green has 30 base points and 100 zero points foods. Chicken and eggs aren't zero points on Green. Blue has 23 base points and 200 zero point foods. Chicken and eggs are zero points on blue. Purple has 16 base points and 300 zero point foods. Chicken and eggs are zero points, as well as some whole grains and other healthy whole foods. You can change your plan option by clicking on your profile, then settings, the food settings. The most important thing to remember is zero points does not mean zero calories. You need to be mindful of portions. A food scale can be your best friend.

There are 3 programs and WW will assign you one after you take their quiz. Look up the plans on WW. com and see the differences Remember to plan and base meals around 0 point foods- do t just consume 0 foods!

I did weight watchers in 2001 and lost a lot of weight. Over the years I’ve gained it back and some (I was unhealthy for too long). I just joined back this year and the new WW is so much easier! I’d highly recommend it.

Take the assessment, and it will tell you which program you should be on! I’m on green and absolutely love it! Track, weigh, and portion control! I just have the app! I don’t do meetings! Down 22 pounds!

I’m 64 and had tried all kinds of “diets” and always gained everything back. I had given up until I broke down and tried WW. I’ve lost 42 pounds since September eating real food. The app keeps me on track! Others may lose faster, but I’m just thrilled to see progress!
