What types of exercises do you guys do to help lose the fat? I’ve been running/walking everyday outside and on the treadmill but is there anything else I could do to help? Any ideas or tips?!

I walk too but I still do Richard Simmons sweatin to the oldies 1, 2 & 3, girl I get 13-16 fitness points vs 7-9 for my walk! But you sweat! Love my Richard!

Everyone I know who had his tapes just loves them! Plus it does slim them down. No more FAT!

Check out Beachbody on demand. That's programs like 21 day fix, insanity , p90x etc. I love all of them and have lost 75 doing them . They are doing a promo where the first 2 weeks are free I think

I use my Tony Little Gazelle for at least 15 minutes a day. I take occasional walks and ride my bike (weather permitting).

Deep breathing with yoga and weights. But don’t forget to breath. . Consistency is the key to lasting effect.

Run outside not on the treadmill running outside is much more difficult and more cardiovascular

I've seen people get amazing results with weight lifting vs cardio. I remember a trainer telling me once that if you get your heart rate over a certain amount doing cardio, your body will not burn the fat.

I do kettlebells and yoga with weights - not sure it gets rid of fat but makes you feel better

When our gym was open I love spin class, and I was working with a personal trainer, now that our gym is closed during this virus, I am doing a lot of walking and the exercises I remember from my PT.

Add resistance training and change up your cardio. Your body gets use to the same type of exercises. I do weights at least 3x/week and my cardio changes up between walking, running, step aerobics, kickboxing, biking, HiiT, etc. Anything to keep my body guessing.
