I have been hideous the last couple of weeks. I got myself back on track this week. I even weighed myself. Assessed the damage and now working on taking off the weight I gained. It’s not easy but I refuse to quit!

Was having difficult time with too much snacking during the day. 3 days ago DECIDED IT NEEDED TO STOP. 1st day kept squashing the urge doing something else. was able to get out yesterday struck in house today due to bad weather. left kitchen area an hour ago . DON'T GIVE UP. YOU CAN DO THIS! Find something to do. Good Luck

I've gained and lost the same pound for a month now. incredibly frustrating! First time since I've been doing WW I consciously cheated. Tuesday night after my weigh in, I gave up and went to The Habit and got a burger and fries. Was beating myself up all day about it yesterday. I'm trying to have a better attitude today though!

Yes, but rebooted this week, feeling determined. Find 3 things that when you think of making an unhealthy food choice that could distract you. Example: go outside and walk, turn on some music, call a friend etc. we can do this, too much time has passed for me, 20 more pounds to loose♥️♥️

I normally work M-F 8-12 in the office and W-F 5-10 and S & S 8-7 from home, now I’m 8-5 in the office and all I want to do is snack. We have snacks in house so it’s not easier for me either

You would think since I have been retired for years that this would not be so hard but, it is. All I want is sweets. My husband is having a hard time maintaining weight due to medical problems so I must keep sweets in the house. He's maintaining as I gain. This will pass and I can attend meetings. SOOOOOO HARD! I'm trying to do between 6, 000 and 10, 000 steps a day, but even that is hard (I live in the country so I can easily social distance). And my mind has been like a saboteur as it's constantly thinking about food and what would be good to eat or DRINK at the moment. I have realized I eat a lot of times out of boredom and being quarantined is definitely boring. I'm up 3 pounds and struggling to lose that again, besides the 30+ I have to go on what looks like a long journey. Stay safe and keep the faith!
