"exercise" question.  I made a mini goal that if I got under a certain weight I would start adding in some exercise."exercise" question. I made a mini goal that if I got under a certain weight I would start adding in some exercise. Well, I got under that weight today. Between work and home (and honestly being lazy) I have decided the way to ease into it is by increasing my daily steps. My question is: If I do a ton of steps in a day but not all at once, does it help? For example, what I have decided to do is take the long way around my office building every time I need to use the restroom or refill my water. It's a pretty decent sized building and until today I never realized how much I use the restroom or drink. Lol. So I am up a lot. It's just not all at once. Do you think it will make a difference?

Just signed up for WW. I’ve joined before and lost 86 and 78lbs. I know the old plan works. I’ve allowed myself to get way out of hand for years. I also signed my hubby up. Monday we shall start a new journey. Not procrastinating! I have beer and steak for today and shopping to replace the crap we have stocked in our home. Wish us luck!

@lorileelorilyn6 it is so hard to build those good eating habits! You will do it though!

Every step will help. If you have a FITbit or Apple Watch, it will track and show you activity points on the app.

1st congrats! 2nd, Yes! Intentional steps helps a great deal. If you get a Fitbit, let me know. I'll do challenges with you!

Anything you do is great. It doesn’t have to be a marathon. Good for you!

Any amount, any time during the day counts. Get a Fitbit, it keeps track for you and can buzz you to get up and move.
