I have no idea how accurate My scale is I have two actually. One weighs me lighter so of course I use that one  but the one that weighs me heavier calculates body fat %, bone mass, etc. again not sure on accuracy. But I haven't seen the scale move much but I'm slimming down and today noticed arm and chest muscle‼️ so who has had success tracking with a scale that reads body fat percentage? I'm 17. 5 pounds from goal but I'm wondering with the muscle I'm putting on if it will take me longer to see the number move. Is it wise to track body fat at this point?

This is the one I have, gives lots of information and I love it. I don’t have another scale to compare to for accuracy so I trust it is pretty close and go with that. I am online only so I have never stepped on an official WW scale.

@injunction you’re welcome. I love it. You can see your trends with each of the things it tracks and you can have multiple users.
