Are you knew to the program? If so, are you watching portions of your 0 point foods? I know it says you don't need to track them but it is a good idea, especially when you start, to weigh, measure and track your 0 point foods. Also, how are you using your Points? Are you eating a lot of 0 point foods for meals and saving most of your Points for snacky or sweet foods? Did you start a new exercise program? If so, you could be retaining water as your muscles repair themselves.
