So I'm on blue.  I'm drinking water, exercising, and eating healthy.So I'm on blue. I'm drinking water, exercising, and eating healthy. No weight loss, in fact I gained a few pounds. What am I missing?

Are you eating all you dailies and/or weeklies? Also give it time. Sometimes it can move at a glacial pace. You’re doing the right things. Your body will catch up.

Take your measurements and go by that instead, especially at first.

Are you knew to the program? If so, are you watching portions of your 0 point foods? I know it says you don't need to track them but it is a good idea, especially when you start, to weigh, measure and track your 0 point foods. Also, how are you using your Points? Are you eating a lot of 0 point foods for meals and saving most of your Points for snacky or sweet foods? Did you start a new exercise program? If so, you could be retaining water as your muscles repair themselves.

Also are u eating a lot of fruit? I hit a patch where I wasn’t loosing and they told me to only eat 3 pieces of fruit per day. I was over eating it because I thought it was free points. Also bananas they say can cause u to not loose also. All these things might not be the same for u but maybe worth a try?

@sparhawk I know they are free points but they said some people store the fruit sugars different and to try only 3 per day. Hopefully that works for u!

Same for me, on green! I have been walking Every day 2+ miles a day (only missed 2 days in April! ). I have gained weight

I did the same on blue. Switched to purple. Better for me. The key is tracking everything and drinking water.

I’ve had huge success on blue until this past month - I’ve been hearing awesome things about purple - switched this morning!
