So I started ww in January 2020, I'm on blue. I had lost 16. 2 lbs and was doing OK but, I stayed the same weight for 2 wks in a row and gained 1. 5 lbs this last week. (eating horribly actually used all my weeklies in a week for the first time)I need help and suggestions to get back on track and what can I do to get the weight to start coming off again? I can't seem to figure out what was really working. Help!

There are weeks like that. Your body has to make adjustments along the way. Just keep counting all your points, drink plenty of water, and stay the course. Also be aware that even if you don’t lose pounds every week, you may be having other changes. Hang in there!

Maybe switch to a different color? Check with a counselor. I'm careful to track even the zero point foods I tend to forget that they still have calories. I mean if one is zero, than 5 is zero, right?
