But you have to pay overdrafts back, these points you don't pay back. They are just there if you want them, they won't hinder your success if you use them.

It's a cushion to help or save up for a splurge if you need. I save mine up for weekends and you also get 4 rollover points to use day to day if you do not use all your daily points.

@mcknight82 that makes sence I havnt went over yet but my weekly keeps going up. i just started Monday I guess I am in blue

Monday is my day that my points reset which is perfect for my lifestyle. By Saturday i use up some weekly bonus points and by Sunday I only have a few , more or none left. This holds me accountable for staying on track M-F , Saturday I splurge with weeklies and I have been successful and feel very satisfied. I am on purple plan.

@mcknight82 how do I move up to purple. they set me up on blue or will it gradually get there

WW chooses you a plan by your initial assessment and then it's recommended to stay on that plan for at least 2 weeks. If you decide to change at anytime you can do so in your settings. I am on purple because I already eat a ton of whole foods which are the focus of the purple plan and ultimately the goal of changing your lifestyle. Purple is awesome if you enjoy cooking all whole foods and know your portions so you don't overeat the 300 zero point foods allowed. I love the freedom this plan allows me yet it took me time and devotion to get acclimated to eating entirely a whole food meal plan. But I honestly have never felt better so this is the only way for me.

No processed foods. Each plan has a list of zero point foods. Green- 100 zero points Blue- 200 points Purple- 300 points You can find the list in your WW app for each plan.
