I went from blue to purple then back to blue. I don’t lose on purple, I ate too many carbs. ♀️ I-have to watch the carbs, I do eat at least one a-day, though. because I believe we need them, when I say carbs I mean bread, pasta, or potato, or rice. I eat lots of veggies. And 2 fruit a day. Most days. It’s slow though. I’m at goal it took me 1&1/2 years to lose 40 plus. pounds , . I had a Doctors note for my goal, and I went 10 under, I’m still. 8 under counting to 2 above your aloud. It’s been a struggle since this isolation, and not getting to the meetings and being accountable. Good luck.
