Has anyone switched from Blue to another plan and seen that help them break through a plateau? I’m so tired of losing the same 3 pounds over and over.

Change what you eat if you’re in a rut. Maybe eat one large meal once in awhile. Be sure to eat all your points. Maybe this will help.

I went from blue to purple then back to blue. I don’t lose on purple, I ate too many carbs. ‍♀️ I-have to watch the carbs, I do eat at least one a-day, though. because I believe we need them, when I say carbs I mean bread, pasta, or potato, or rice. I eat lots of veggies. And 2 fruit a day. Most days. It’s slow though. I’m at goal it took me 1&1/2 years to lose 40 plus. pounds , . I had a Doctors note for my goal, and I went 10 under, I’m still. 8 under counting to 2 above your aloud. It’s been a struggle since this isolation, and not getting to the meetings and being accountable. Good luck.

What’s the difference in the plans? Just curious lol

@adnate4551 different points and type of zero point foods assigned to each color. I'm on green. Only fruits and vegetables are free points whereas on other colors some meats, seafood, and beans are zero points.

I’ve been doing WW FOR about 4 years. When the choice came out I was on lifetime but still wanted to lose 10 pounds. Same here keep going back-and-forth with the same 2 pounds for the past two years. So when the choice came I went to green still back-and-forth now I’ve gone to blue for three weeks now and still the same staying on blue and seeing what happens

It’s amazing how little one needs to eat in order to lose weight. I’m really trying this week and the scale is going down, but I’m starving myself.

I have fought with the same 3 lbs. forever and a day, amen! I notice too that the longer this quarantine goes on the less I am caring, not doing all the things I should. Perhaps when the weather breaks I can get back on track. I fear I have misplaced my mojo forever.

I have been on Blue since January. I just switched to Purple last week to see the difference in my weight loss, if any. I weigh in on Monday, so I'm not sure yet how this is going.

To break my plateau I did the Wendie Plan and in one week IT WORKED!
by (450 points)
@ide78105 what is the Wendie Plan?
by (2k points)
@witkin1442 it’s a plan that use your weekly points strategically to stimulate the metabolism- you stay on your same coloured program

I’m on the blue plan. But the last six months its like I am maintaining but not losing any ideas

@remscheid1 . it’s been 6+ weeks for me. up and down +/- 1 pound. driving me nuts! I know it’s a journey and I’m grateful for what weight has fallen off me thus far but, I must say. I really miss the excitement of stepping on the scale and seeing it go lower. it’ll happen. It has to. right?

This isn’t what you asked but I was on purple and basically maintained for six months. Just started blue again today. Hope you break your plateau soon.

I did purple and was surprised I liked it so much but needed a change and went to blue. I am enjoying success here too.
