I'm between getting a Peloton Bike, or a BowFlex Max machine. Any thoughts? I really like both spinning and the elliptical, however I just think the BowFlex is more a full body machine. maybe? Need something to give me maximum results. Any advice would be great. Thanks everyone.

I want one too. SO BAD! But I just can't justify spending all the money in the machine and then the monthly fee on top of that! I'm gonna follow this to see what everyone says! Maybe someone can tell me how to justify the cost!

@chophouse girl. you just said exaclty what I've been debating. They're both so expensive. The only reason I am doing this for myself, is bc my 40th birthday is coming up and and this will be my present, so my husband is telling me to "get it! " Lol Trust me I am going back and forth on this. Lol that's why I want to make sure of the one I get, bc this will be it!

I just got a Peloton bike last week and I love it! The large screen with the encouraging instructors keeps me super motivated. After you finish a ride, there's an option to continue with another workout to get more of a full body workout. I always add on 10 mins of arms. They gave me a referral code for $100 off accessories with the purchase of a new bike so if you decide to get it and want the code, let me know.

I got the Peloton a year ago. My husband wanted it but I was not convinced, since getting the bike I will say it is 100% worth it! You can also cast additional off bike workouts on the app or to your TV.

My husband has a nice spin bike and just pays for the Peloton subscription. He loves it and says it can be a full body work out.

Echelon Bikes are about 1/3 cheaper than Peloton. Same type of program.

Why not also consider The Mirror? Takes up NO space.

How much do they cost?

@philbin3 Looks like it costs about $1500 but the membership (which provides the actual workout displays) is $39/mo with 1 year minimum. Not cheap but if you want to work out in the comfort of your home and could afford a gym membership for that much it seems a contender.
