I know this is a long shot. does anyone have an older WW point booklet that tells you how many points in different foods? Such as how many points in 4 oz cooked ground beef. Circa 2000 -2005. The program where you counted points for fruits and veggies.
I know this is a long shot.

@corn isn’t freestyle a much newer program? Thank you though

@psychopathology3 I loved the old program. Lost 80 pounds and kept it off for 5 years then had to miss about a year due to taking care of parents. Went back and they’d changed and I’ve slowly gained about half back I don’t like all the on line things I miss the old way.

@childs I liked it much better myself. Lost 30 in 7 months. Kept it off. Then stressed out at work. Now am 45 lbs over what I started at then. I am hoping it’s like ride a bike

@angelineangelique3 thank you. I was using ground Beef as an example

@psychopathology3 this was ground beef. Or a patty.
by (260 points)
@angelineangelique3 just an example. I want to look up points for a lot of things without doing the calculations for the old program

@psychopathology3 I can help you if you want. Just send a list.

Use the WW app. Pts are Pts.
by (260 points)
@rubbish I have found as WW reinvents itself that points vary quite a bit. Thank you though

I have the 1-2-3 Success food companion book. 3oz. Ground beef cooked 6 pts. 3oz. Lean ground beef cooked 5 pts. Perhaps this is the program you are thinking about? The back of this paper book states 1997.
