I can't eat too many salads. I have gastroparesis which means my stomach empties slowly and too much fiber makes it even worse and makes me very uncomfortable.

I eat a lot of corn and bean salads. Also, vegetarian chili with quinoa. Yves products are my fav for hot dogs and other quick dinners. Edamame beans are my go-to snack when I’m super hungry. I’m not completely plant based though. I still eat eggs and fish a few times/ week. I hope this helps.

Yes I am! I did keto for years and stopped eating meat in November of last year (just seafood and eggs). Started WW and What’s awesome is I can finally eat veggies and fruit and date I say it. bread! And I’m losing weight! Veggie omelette in morning 0 points!

It’s a little rough. Easy to make meals with grilled chicken and turkey. but I try to eat a lot of beans , fish, eggs.

There are plenty of fattening foods that don't have meat products in them, pasta, breads, ice cream, cake.

I've been a vegeatrian for over 25 yrs and I lost weight using WW. The tough part is lean proteins to keep you full but it's doable!
