@damalas 2 pts for 1/2 cup. But I only use half that in yogurt for some crunch. I also make yummy “haystacks” dessert things with them using melted chocolate and almond butter and eat them frozen

I use about 1/8 cup and usually less of Kashi Go Lean Berry Crunch Granola - 2 TBLSP = 1/8 cup which is 1 point. So 1 TBLSP is even less and just gives me all the crunch that I need. Find it in the Health Food Section.

I make a fake granola. Just plain old fashion oats about a 1/3 c egg whites and a splash or so of water vanilla and monkfruit mix will and bake on 350 for about 15 stir and turn bake about another 10-15 the shut oven off and let dry a few hrs. Nice and crunchy and measures the same as oats

I agree, love the crunch! I use 1/4 cup high protein granola 3 pts a few days a week, and other days a tablespoon of slivered almonds. Just depends on how I use my points later in the day.

My favorite is Cherrios, 1 Tablespoon Kind granola, any low point cereal you like. just a T spoon goes a long way, Lilly's chocolate chips sweetened with Stevia, crumbled chocolate rice cakes, crushed graham cracker, almonds, I like to cut a ole Xtreme wrap in slices spray butter @lanthanum4 then sprinkle with cinnamon & Splenda then bake 375 for 5 minutes until crispy then top yogurt. the sky is the limit

@allonym5338 this basic recipe is Zero points- it is filling I use it mostly to top yogurt, ice cream, I love it as “croutons “ on u salads. my hubby eats it by the bowl. he say a cup at a time . This is originally not my recipe- I have tweaked it though. found it in old WW stuff. I created a recipe in the WW app but don’t know how to share it. That’s where I figure the points.

I really like toasted sun flower kernels 3/4 of tbsp for 1 point if you want more 1. 5 tbsp for 2 points. A little goes a ways though and if you have salted ones it adds that sweet salty. Also for Greek yogurt stevia drops vanilla creme is so good!
