So I’ve noticed some salsas say 0pts for 2tbsp but if you use 1/4cup or more it has points. Weird part is the only ingredients are veggies and vinegar. No sugar, oil, etc. should I really count the points?

@ram10 I don't count marinades or Cool Whip either. I've maintained a 50 lb loss since 1994. I never needed WW because i ate too much salsa, marinades or Cool Whip. ‍♀️

IKR. I had some last night with my WW sea salt tortilla chips. But I had points left and it was only 1pt for 6 Tbsp for the Pace. I used the app first to see which was the lowest before buying

Make it yourself - many jarred salsas have some sugar and sodium.

Some foods do that. Sugar free Red Bull used to be the same way. I can drink 1 can and no points but then 2 or more is points.

Any tomato and veggie salsa I count as 0 points. I have some fruit salsa that has sugar in it that does have points.

Fresh salsa is 0 points no matter how much you use

I believe the tipping point may be the added salt in packaged salsa that’s why they have points at 1/4 cup or more whereas fresh does not.
