I use it in smoothies, or put on my sliced apples or bananas

@diatonic6 you just put the powder on the apple or banana? What of I wanted a pbnj? I can’t make it the same texture as regular peanut butter?
by (270 points)
@mycenaean yes, i put the powder and the apple or banana in a ziploc bag and shake so the fruit is coated. To make as a spread, you would add water until you get the consistency you want. The package should have instructions if you are not sure on how much water. I personally don't like it as the spread. If I want a PB&J, I sprinkle the PB powder in my jelly and spread that on the bread

I use it in yogurt, adding to egg and banana “pancakes, ” and mixed with water, as a dip for apples/bananas.

On anything! Hahaha. I put water in it until the desired texture and you can dip celery in it or spread it on bananas. I put it in plain Greek no fat yogurt with a little stevia and banana.
