Anybody familiar with Beachbody on Demand? I'm looking for a program similar to 21 Day Fix. I need something different that just uses weights. Also more beginner/intermediate level (or something with good modifications) but not too easy. Any ideas?

My sister in law is a coach for Beachbody. Do you want her contact info?

I’ve done 21 day fix. I started hammer and chisel a few weeks ago and really like it. Mostly weights but modifications that I’m able to do most of it.

@firearm23 awesome! I’m finishing up the LIIFT4/Core de Force hybrid. Then plan to do LIIFT4 by itself

You would love the new Barre program. I did that at the beginning of the year. All you need is a set of 2lb weights and trust me you feel those 2lbs! I’m doing LIIFT 4 for the second time and love it. It’s definitely harder than 21 day fix but it has a modification option.

I did 21 day Fix, 21 day fix real time and am now doing 100 Morning Meltdown. I think they similar with ability level, and have a modifier to show you alternatives.

I used to be a coach and love their workouts! I have had BOD for years and there is such a variety of workouts so there is always something I'm willing to do ;)

Liift4! I was always a 21dfx lover but I think I love liift4 more, it’s 4 days a week and it combines weights and HIIT, always a modification available and it still works!

Where do you find 21 day fix?
by (470 points)
@kosak8868 It's part of the Beachbody programs. You need a subscription for Beachbody on demand, but it's like $45 every 3 months. They have tons of different workouts and programs

@wirer249 I have had BOD for a few years now and it has just auto-paid about $45/3 months. There may be a new discount that I don't know of?
