The body takes time to adapt and regulate. Do NOT "Live by the scales" You'll grin one day and cry another day. It's an average. It's just doing the right thing, day after day. It helps (at least for me) to go in five pound chunks. you know. down to the "something-5", then down to "something-0" Then, "wheeeeeeeeew" Got under THAT line, then down into the next numbered bracket. Much is water weight. Some is stress. Some is muscle strengthening (or not). It's a long term. over all. bumpy ride and plateaus. As I said. "DO NOT. live by the scales" especially if you are on them, more than once a week. RIGHT❓ RIGHT ‼️ Most of us lost a bit more. just out of the gate. It rarely continues. Best of luck.
