Does anyone gets anxiety about dipping in to your weekly points? I've only gone over my daily points twice in a month. I end every week with over 50 weeklies. With our Superbowl celebrations, today would be the perfect day to go over, but tomorrow is weigh in day and I'm so scared going over will mess up my weight loss!

I don’t think I can use them. Seems like I gain when I do but I am not very Mobil due to bad knees. But now I had my gall bladder out this week so who the heck knows. Lol! I have been having issues with it the whole time on ww. So we will see

I think you are right. It depends on the person and circumstances. I am past menopause and have mobility issues. I have to watch it.

Girl I eat mine every week and a majority of my fitpoints. Losing 3. 5 a week on purple - lost the same when I was on blue in 2018. Eat those points! They're given to you for a reason ❤️

I am with you on the points. use my dailies most of the time and may dip into weekly for less that 5 pts if special outing. only 5 weeks in but always a loss. stay true. hang in there.

It seems to be different for everyone. I use all of them and I’m losing. Since this is a long term lifestyle change, why not try different things? If it doesn’t work you can always go back to what did.
