ABSOLUTELY! Mine w sugar. Until I cut it completely out I had horrible cravings and was never satisfied, always thinking about what I was going to eat next.

I think it’s all in my mind and on how I’m restricting. My thought patterns and diet culture make me crave food. Once I get rid of that, the cravings decrease drastically.

Orange juice. I love it. Having a glass every am. My eating was way out of control. Had blood work done and showed up being pre-diabetic . Figured out what I was doing different and stoped drinking the OJ . everything back to normal

Absolutely! i gained 30 lbs from binge eating ice cream and cookies and now i just have to stay away from them completely or that sugar is going to suck me in again! i’ve finally lost that 30 and now just need to get the rest of it off. sugar is poison to me and scares me to death!
