Does anyone drink iced coffee? I love it and im trying to figure out a way to have caramel iced coffee with low points. A medium at dd is 9 points

Get it black and add Carmel pure protein or Carmel sugar free syrup! But it also depends on how you drink it. Caramel swirl is loaded with sugar. If you just get caramel flavor it’s better. I lost 80lbs with WW. Never counted my coffee towards points. 2% percent Milk and one sugar.

New flavor. I go to McDonald's and get 2 shots over ice in a large ice coffee cup. ( So 2 shots over ice in large cup. Then I pour this over the ice. amazing.

At Walmart in the coffee aisle, you can find a cappuccino mix that is sugar free in various flavors by Hills Brothers. My Walmart has French vanilla double mocha and I think toffee that are all sugar free. 50 cals to 2 tblspoons & 8-10 ozs of water. Can be iced.

I know some people try to avoid Equal but they have a salted caramel flavor that is out of this world! I found it several months ago on clearance at Kroger and had to order more from Amazon because it’s hard to find around here. Cold brew coffee with salted caramel equal is my new obsession.

At Starbucks the iced coffee by itself is zero points and then every pump of flavor is 2 points. A tall comes standard with 3 pumps, grande with 4, venti with 6, and trenta with 7. But you can always ask your barista for less pumps to keep the points lower we also have sugar free vanilla and cinnamon dolce which would be zero points.

I make my own iced coffee. I fill water to 12 cups and brew. Let it cool, then put in 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk(can’t remember but I think it’s 0-1 pt). 1 cup of Silk Almond Coconut milk, 1 point, 1/2 container premier caramel 1 point, put in glass, in small side dish put in 2 TBSP instant coffee, 2 packets of equal and 2 TBSP hot water and whip. Someone has probably already said it, over 100 comments, but I use premier protein shakes with my coffee. I buy the Starbucks blonde roast that they sell in the cooler and add my shake to it. 2 points if I remember correctly.
