1 cup of Silk Almond Coconut milk, 1 point, 1/2 container premier caramel 1 point, put in glass, in small side dish put in 2 TBSP instant coffee, 2 packets of equal and 2 TBSP hot water and whip. (I use a coffee frother to whip it). Spoon on top of milk mixture. I sometimes put sugarfree caramel syrup in the glass. I mix it all together and put some ice in it. Yummy. 2 points without the caramel syrup. Or you can blend to make a frappe.
