Hey everyone!  Just wondering if anyone has a tried and true strawberry jam recipe?Hey everyone! Just wondering if anyone has a tried and true strawberry jam recipe? Have you tried a sugar replacement with it? Will it set up with it and did you can it and it worked? thanks in advanced!

I have made jam with rhubarb (4c) and strawberries (2c) with 1 c water. Bring to a boil and add a pkg of sugar free strawberry jello. Bring to a boil again. Jar and keep in refrigerator. Depending on fruit might need more water.

Use pkg of sfree jello, works good in rhubarb too, refrigerate

I've made apple butter with splenda, etc and it sets up, not as thick as jam but thick enough to spread and it seals well. I'm guessing you could do the same for strawberries.

I love this stuff! It’s no cook. I’ve only made it with sugar but I see you can also use Splenda. I’ve seen it at Cub, Walmart and Target.
