I drink apple cider vinegar honey and squeeze of lemon 2 times a day for 3 days straight it resets my ph destroys sugar cravings. Not everyone can do that if they have acid reflux or ulcers thou. Chromium is a great supplement to take in the afternoon for sugar balance . thats when I get crazy hungry.

Nature’s Calm sells a powdered version you add to water. It helps with bone health. It also helps with muscle cramping and twitches. If you drink too much you get the trots. (Jamieson also has a Magnesium drink mix)

do not take magnesium unless directed by your doctor this can cause issues with your heart. If you are not deficient in magnesium there’s no need for a supplement
