So, I've been on WW for a little over a month and I've lost 7 pounds so far. I feel like it's going so slow. Is it just me? My mom started at the same time and she's lost over 10.

Took me two years to lose 30 pounds . I never gave a time frame since I failed twice before when I lost weight much faster but didn’t keep it off. Time three and for 6 years I have kept the weight off.

First. Never compare your weight loss to someone else because each person is different. They say the average weight loss on ww is . 5 to 2 lbs a week. 7 lbs is amazing. Keep up the good work.

I am purple and also losing slowly. a bit over 1 lb/week. I’d like to encourage you to keep the big picture in front of you and eat 0 point snacks in between meals. I also drink 8 oz hot water with unfiltered apple cider vinegar with stevia in the afternoon which causes me to be less hungry before and while preparing the evening meal. Hot herbal tea after dinner and air popped corn as a snack if munchies hit after 7:00 pm.

Each journey is unique, never compare yourself to others. Aside from the thousands of differences in even you & your mom, your journey is unique to you.

Slow is a good sign. Time will pass and weight loss will increase. Weight gain didn’t happen over night and health weight loss won’t happen over night.

Don't compare yourself to others. Everyone's journey is different. I lost very slowly . 2 was my weey average. Got to Limetine in 1986. Worth the slow progress.

I’ve been on it two weeks and lost ⅓ of a pound! Slow and steady wins the race! If you don’t have a lot to lose, the weight will come off slower.

Does Mom need to lose more weight than you, do you take meds, age makes a difference too. In short, don't compare yourself to anyone else, it'll never work out the way you want it. Just concentrate on you. Slow and steady wins the race.

Don't get discouraged. I started in February 2019 and I've only lost 20 lbs. I know that I don't follow the plan like I should. I stopped tracking and that's when my weight started to go up and down. Last week I started tracking again ( and still didn't follow the plan like I should), but I started losing again.

1-2 lbs a week is normal and how WW set up the plans. Any more than that and your body could start working against you. That’s what I was told.

Everyone is different but 1-2 lbs per week is excellent. Even at only 1 pound lost each week, by this time next year you will have lost 50 lbs
