My boys and their friends are having Wings, Ribs and once a year KFC. Before that- chips with Hell of a dip, chips, salsa. My husband started WW online 2 weeks ago and has lost 5. 5 lbs so he figures he is going full out today- me on the other hand battling 4 lbs I gained over Christmas knows a day of eating like above mentioned can set you back a week at least. so my WW day is boneless skinless bbq chicken breast, huge salad for dinner- I loaded up on Ww bbq and salt n vinegar chips, veggies and dips and my sweet treat fruit with sweet yogurt dip and dark chocolate. you have to have some fun. ❤️❤️
