Yup. If it goes in my mouth I track it. I used to not but then I caught myself not tracking and lying to myself. Could have ended badly.

Since Thursday I’ve been eating none stop, still tracked each day. Well until yesterday. if it wasn’t nailed down , I ate it and didn’t track it. Today I’m back on track ! Sometimes life throws you curve balls, that’s the best part of WW. You can always get back on track.

If you track it you may see a pattern emerge. Maybe you eat badly after a bad day at the office, or when you are really tired. This may help you in the future.

I always track since I started WW years ago. Even if I go over my points I still track because not tracking does not mean you did not eat the points.

Yup, that is weight watchers, you have to be accountable for everything you eat. Then the next day back on track.

I have those days. Most of yhose days I track. Today I'm not. Ate 2 lbs of barbecue wings. So yummy. I don't eat wings often and I never eat them like I did today.
