Anyone have any easy WW friendly dinner ideas? Something in the crockpot or airfryer would be amazing , I'm burnt out on making the same things over and over and there isn't much on Pinterest lately

We love pork tenderloin in the air fryer. I just put some spices on it and it's done in about 25 to 30 minutes depending how done your like it. So juicy. I put a couple potatoes in with it to make baked potatoes. My favorite way to make potatoes these days. Serve with a salad and unsweetened applesauce. Oh. now I'm hungry

I made chicken breast with carrots and green beans and mushrooms in foil packets , put everything in foil add zesty FF Italian dressing and close up, bake at 350 till chicken is tender and carrots are tender, put the foil packets in a pan as the dressing sometimes leaks.

Google Mississippi chicken. And then add: 1 can reduced fat cream of chicken condensed soup, one bag of frozen mixed veggies (corn, peas, carrots) and about 1/4 cup of fat free half and half

How about sheet pan sausage and peppers? I just cut up onions and peppers and then I put sausage on top of it and spray it all with olive oil spray. I sprinkle on a little oregano and parsley and garlic powder and salt and pepper and put two bay leaves in the tray. Then I cook it in the oven at 400 for 45 minutes flipping halfway through. You only have to count the points for whatever kind of sausage you use.

Chicken breasts with salsa or lots of Lemmon juice and pepper. Zero on all plans. I use it for all sort of things, tacos, salad, enchiladas. it’s very versatile.

Lasagna soup in instant pot or crockpot. I use ground chicken sausage (isernios) and could use zoodles for noodles. Look in pinterest.
