It’s been a year or so and I’m coming back to WW. The last plan I did was Freestyle. What’s the newest plan? What’s the difference in it and Freestyle? I wasn’t a fan of Freestyle and that’s why I left.  
It’s been a year or so and I’m coming back to WW.

You now have 3 plans to choose from. Green- similar to the plan before freestyle or what they called Beyond the scale, you get the most amount of points and only non starchy fruit and vegetables are 0 points Blue- is freestyle, moderate amount of points. Non starchy fruits, vegetables, and lean proteins are 0sp Purple- similar to core. Least amount of points, non-starchy fruits and veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains (except for bread) are all 0 points.

I am on Blue and eat some starch and seem to be OK not much but some. I eat more veggies and love the 0 for fish and seafood and chicken, turkey those are what I like to eat.

W. W. is the best diet to follow. I always had success with it. This time around too and didn't know with being 67 if I would have. With the way our bodies changing all the time. But I am and lost 18 lbs, so far. Still want to loose 5 more lbs. but love the feeling of my clothes that were tight around Christmas are loose. YEAH.

I'm on blue. bc it jives with . what I have to fix for my diabetic hubs.

This is really good and I am loosing the weight. I am on the Blue Plan. I hopefully will get to the weight I want it to be. I can feel such a difference in jeans that were tight on me around the Christmas Holidays. They are so loose. Makes me feel good. I can only exercise slightly for one Hip Replacement and that is happening so I am limited to exercising. Doing though exercises for my hip. Just have to be careful. I am still working. I get to move around some but using a cane. Love W. W. 's it is the best way to loose weight and eat healthy.

I'm on Green and also stepped away when Freestyle came. I am not a seafood eater so zero points there no good for me. Currently losing every week on Green. Slow but steady while locked down in house.
