I am telling you, this trying to eat healthy, and exercise during this stressful time is a b#%~h! I have days that are so good as far as eating. I KNOW what to do. But I just don’t always. The exercise I get is walking. I can do 3-4 miles a day. But getting both done on the same day, is not always working. As what we have all heard, we are all in this together. Sometimes easier said than done. I will say I am doing better than when this first started. Then I was eating every 2 hours. Now, that is not happening. Some days I eat 3 small meals a day. Sometimes 1. But the good news is, I have toilet paper, paper towels, and meat in the freezer. And more importantly I have family near bye if I need something or help. Yeah I don’t take out my garbage. I firmly believe that is why God gave me boys! So, it’s Sunday. A new day. A new week. We just need to go along, and not beat ourselves up. That’s why this forum is here. Thanks for listening ladies!
